🎃 TRAILS & TREATS CANCELED 🌧️

Unfortunately, Mother Nature has other plans for us today! 😔 With the rain and colder temperatures, we have made the difficult decision to cancel today's Trails & Treats event at Knight Farm Park.

We are so disappointed that we won't get to enjoy an afternoon of costumes, candy, and spooky fun with our community, but we want to ensure everyone has the best experience possible.

A HUGE thank-you to all of the local businesses and community organizations who signed up to participate and help make this event special. We appreciate your support and understanding! 💚

Thank you to our community for understanding, and we hope to see you at another Pittsboro Parks & Recreation event soon!

Stay warm and dry, everyone! 🍂💚

🌳💪 Teamwork makes a difference!

Our Parks and Public Works teams worked hard yesterday at Kiwanis Park, giving the sandpit some much-needed TLC! 🏖️✨

A big thank-you to our dedicated crews for all they do to keep our parks clean, safe, and ready for the community to enjoy! 👏

✨ SAND-TASTIC NEWS, KIWANIS PARK! ✨

Things are getting a little sandy at Kiwanis Park! 🪣

📢 Kiwanis Park will be CLOSED tomorrow, Wednesday, October 14, while we bring in fresh sand for the sandpit! 🎉

We’re one step closer to making this little park even more fun for our community, and we can’t wait for the kids to get back to digging, building, scooping, and creating! 🏰

Thank you for your patience as our Kiwanis Park refresh continues! 💚 And don’t worry… there’s more fun in the works! 👀

Stay tuned for more updates! 🌿✨
