Our District 6 Community Service Project this year is providing our first responders with hygiene items for themselves and the people that they serve. We had a great time helping put these bags together at the District 6 Fall Leadership Conference and then dropping them off at our local fire station. The guys were super gracious and even braved a pic during the crazy wind we had Friday! Pittsburg High School Texas DECA

National DECA Day of Service! PHS DECA was very fortunate to get to spend our morning volunteering at the Mount Pleasant Animal Care and Adoption Center. We were able to walk dogs, hold kittens, clean kennels, and feed and water the animals. Pittsburg High School Texas DECA

Fleece throw blankets
Cat and dog beds
Cat and dog toys

We had such a great time at the DECA District 6 Fall Leadership Conference 2026. All of the activities were thought-provoking and fun. My personal favorite was "Build a Bad Boss" led by Sadie, and the view of the lake was beautiful.
