🚨Independent Police Review Board update🚨
The County Council are currently seeking letters of interest for those who want to serve on the Independent Police Review Board. We are accepting letters of interest through the close of business on April 7, 2022.
Individuals wishing to serve must be lawful residents of the United States and must have been residents of Allegheny County for at least one year prior to (and throughout) their appointment. Board members may not be elected officials or employees of the United States, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Allegheny County, or any municipality.
Letters of interest should include a statement of interest and a summary of relevant experience, education, training, or other factors relating to potential appointment. Letters of interest may be submitted via email to [email protected] or by regular mail or in person at:

Always remember until accountability is achieved. January 6th insurrection remains as the darkest day in our democracy in my lifetime. We can’t take our democracy for granted and must demand accountability from all who had a part in this act against our Country. Thank you to the Congressional Committee who are seeking answers and accountability you are our heroes. Let’s make sure we never see this in our Country again.
