About FNB Financial Center: The FNB Financial Center is a bold new landmark anchoring Pittsburgh's Lower Hill Districtâ a LEED Gold, mixed-use tower rising 26 stories and over 400 feet into the skyline. More than a striking architectural statement, the project solves the challenge of reconnecting historically divided neighborhoods through thoughtful, inclusive design. Its two-story lobby mediates Pittsburgh's signature grade changes and links to a 1.36-acre public plaza, reigniting the spirit of Wylie Avenue with space for civic gathering, outdoor events, and retail activation. Public-private investment fueled this $250 million project, with over $50 million dedicated to MWBE contracts and inclusive labor. Framed by Frankie Mae Pace Park and energized by nearby civic anchors, the design reweaves the city's cultural and physical fabricâ reflecting a bold vision for architecture as a platform for inclusive growth, community engagement, and long-term urban transformation.

FNB Financial Center is more than a workplace, itâs a platform for local artists, and these walls tell the stories of our community. Our next featured artists is: Judy Barie. đ¨
This curated grouping invites viewers to explore themes of resistance, divergence, and dialogueâeach title suggesting a moment of tension or decision, mirrored in the expressive energy of Barieâs mark-making.
Pictured is the artwork: (from left to right) Resistance IV, Resistance II, Split Decision 2, Resistance I, and Resistance III.
Experience the vibrant abstractions of Judy Barie, a Pittsburgh-based artist celebrated for her dynamic, layered works on birch panel. This featured ensemble showcases her signature process: controlled pours of oil (and sometimes latex) paint, richly patterned hand markings, and gestural textures achieved through brushing, scraping, rolling, and sanding.

Art that does more than decorate. It connects. At FNB Financial Center, local talent takes center stage, bringing the communityâs creative spirit to life. Next in our Artist Spotlight: Brian Peters. đ¨
Pictured is the artwork: Metamorphosis - Amber
Step into the future of ceramics with Collective Gradient 3.0 by Pittsburgh-based artist Brian Peters, now featured at FNB. This wall-mounted sculpture is composed of 3Dâprinted ceramic blocks that interlock beginning with a single unit on the wall and expanding into a striking geometric ensemble. The interconnected design relies on its anchored units to preserve the structure and form a cohesive collective. Each ceramic piece blends digital precision with handârefined craft, reflecting Petersâ signature fusion of code, pattern, and material.
Brianâs immersive and modular design invites visitors to engage with a living artwork that adapts spatially and visually, unit by unit!

More than dĂŠcor, local art inspires collaboration and celebrates community. FNB Financial Center is proud to showcase local artists throughout the building. Starting off with Atiya Jones. đ¨
Pictured is the artwork: Many Ghosts, an Abyss & Little Ghost in Pink Paradise.
Brooklynâraised, Pittsburghâbased artist Atiya Jones explores migration, gentrification, mental health, and identity through painterly abstraction and mixed media. In Many Ghosts, an Abyss, swirls of ghost-like forms and dense brushwork evoke the tension of layered histories and emotional depth. Little Ghost in Pink Paradise, rendered in soft pink tones, offers a gentler meditation part of her ongoing Self Avoidance Series.
These oilâonâcanvas pieces embody Atiyaâs belief that art exists everywhere and should be accessibleâwhether on gallery walls, public installations, or community spaces throughout Pittsburgh.

FNB Financial Center is Certified LEED Gold!
We are proud to announce that our 26-story high rise is now a LEED-certified building. FNB Financial Center was recently certified LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
