The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) is the largest combined water and sewer authority in the state of Pennsylvania.
PWSA currently serves 196,000 water and sewer customers in the City of Pittsburgh and the Borough of Millvale. PWSA also provides bulk water sales to Fox Chapel, Reserve Township, Hampton Township, and Aspinwall Borough and is also interconnected to several other regional water systems.
