Joyce Erdner started working at The DoorWay in 1989. In 1982, Joyce, with the help of Magistrate Ralph Freedman, started the Adolescent Intervention Program with her organization, Together with Youth. This program was designed for first time drug and alcohol abuse offenders to educate them on the dangers of alcohol and other drugs. This program would eventually spill over into The DoorWay's Ministry, allowing The DoorWay to accept community service workers. Joyce also founded More Than Conquerors through The DoorWay. This program is still active today. Join us on Tuesdays at 7:00pm if you are struggling with addiction.
