FAME Academy students had an incredible Saturday of workshops with Pitt Nsbe! From constructing 'lungs' to exploring battery functions and designing bridges, our students put their creativity, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills to the test.

The FAME Academy Students, Teachers' Academy Fellows & Staff had a wonderful time during the FAME Academy program's Spirit Week, which included a visit to our Partner School, The Kiski School!

Monday was Sports Day, Tuesday was University Day, Wednesday was Wacky Wednesday, Thursday was our trip to Kiski, and Friday was Teams Day.

FAME HS Scholars and Hillman Interns join the Lower Middle School Science Lab to share their FAME experience and have fun extracting DNA from strawberries. While gaining some words of wisdom from University of Pittsburgh grad students regarding college selection.
