Yesterday, we held the 2026 press conference at New Century Careers and heard from County Executive , , Learn & Earn Chair Debra Caplan, former participant Leon Wade, President & CEO Neil Ashbaugh, and Partner4Work CEO Rob Cherry about the impact and opportunities offered through the program.

This summer, young people will step into real workplaces across a wide range of industries, from corporate offices to advanced manufacturing and emerging tech, gaining experiences that can shape how they see their future.
