Penn Hills Community Development Corporation STAR Project

Community Beautification project sponsored by the Penn Hills Community Development Corporation (PHCDC). Volunteers are welcome to participate!

The PHCDC STAR Project is a community beautification project to be installed at the 5-way intersection of Frankstown, Laketon, Beulah and Coal Hollow Roads in Penn Hills. Project will consist of welcome signage & landscaping at the current grassy triangle at said intersection.
