Flotilla 7-2 made a proud showing in the South Hills Memorial Day Parade, one of the largest events in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Special thanks to Auxiliarists Thom Spagnol, Pat Riley, Wayne Stawartz, Anthony Waters, and of course, Sammy the Otter! Bravo Zulu!

USCG Auxiliary Flotilla 7-2 was recognized Monday with a proclamation from the Pittsburgh City Council for services rendered and in recognition of National Safe Boating Week! It’s a privilege to be of service to the great people of Pittsburgh. We’re looking forward to helping make this a summer of safe and enjoyable boating!

Join us in congratulating James Cronquist, William Hennigan, and Stephen Moynihan. We are proud to recognize Auxiliarist Bob Rush on his recent election as Vice President of the Pittsburgh Safe Boating Council. The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary values the opportunity to collaborate with such outstanding organizations in advancing boating safety and public education throughout the region. Now in his 11th year as a member of Flotilla 7-2, Bob’s leadership reflects a longstanding commitment to service and safety for both recreational and commercial boating. Bravo Zulu!

Friends and members of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Program at Franciscan University of Steubenville are preparing the way for boating season at Friendship Lake Park in Jefferson County. Their volunteer clean-up efforts will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for the public. Service is a cornerstone value in the leadership that Auxiliarists learn. Bravo Zulu!

Join us today in congratulating Joseph Candelas, Summa Cum Laude graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville. Joe served this academic year as Deputy Leader of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary University Program at Franciscan University. He will be attending Baylor Univeristy Law School. Bravo Zulu, Joe!
