Fraud and Corruption are the cancer of our society. Corrupt Politicians betray all of us and are treating us like sheep. Needless to say, we're sick and tired of hearing their promises to us that they never keep .

IT IS TIME TO CLEAN UP THE MESS

Malek Francis is not a politician. He is a Public Servant who has been serving the public as a Civil Engineer at The Department of Transportation for more than 33 years.

He is known for fighting waste and corruption at the department, and will continue his fight in order to save us hundreds of millions of our tax dollars and make our highways safer.
Malek stands for our Flag and National Anthem and is ready to work with you to resolve the following issues:

* Elimination of the School Property Tax and replacing it with Income and Sales Tax

* Ending waste and corruption at PENNDOT and other state agencies by rewarding and protecting any employee or citizen that reports corruption, and punishing corrupt employees, contractors and consultants

* Malek will not accept his salary because he believes that Public Service is an honor, and will not accept campaign contributions from lobbyists and special interest group

* Downsizing the legislature and limiting the legislatures terms

* Limiting campaign contributions

* Supporting our Veterans - no one who fights for our country should have to fight for a house, health care or jobs

* Prisoners must be put to work to pay for their crimes

* Killing a police officer should be a mandatory death sentence

* Drug dealers should receive a mandatory death sentence

* If I am unable to resolve the issues mentioned above, I will resign

* Together, will clean up the mess in Harrisburg
