Special Libraries Association - Pittsburgh Student Group (SLAPSG)

Please join the SLA-PSG (Special Libraries Association - Pittsburgh
Student Group) for its first meeting of the school year on Thursday,
September 13th , in room A104 (1st floor of SIS). This is an
informational meeting to introduce iSchool students to the group and to
begin planning SLAPSG activities for the year. We will also discuss
nominations for the upcoming election.

Refreshments will be provided!

Sending out a shipment of books to Afghanistan tomorrow for Operation Medical Libraries (OML). Special thanks to Drs. Detlefsen and Alman and the SIS Student Services for their help with this. We plan on doing another shipment within the next couple weeks!
