The HACP will open multiple Project-Based Voucher waiting lists at 8 a.m. TOMORROW, Thursday, May 21.
Pre-applications will be accepted online ONLY (link to be posted at 8 a.m. 5/21) for the following PBV communities:
• City’s Edge – (1- and 2-BR units only)
• Elmer Williams Square – (4-BR units only)
• Hillcrest Senior Residences – (1-BR units only, ages 62+)
• Legacy Apartments – (1-BR units only, ages 62+)

Great news! The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue has EXTENDED the deadline for older residents and Pennsylvanians with disabilities to apply for rebates on rent + property taxes paid in 2025.
The new deadline is December 31st, 2026.

City Cuts is back and fully funded for 2026!
City Cuts provides free lawn cutting services twice per month for eligible Pittsburgh residents throughout the summer and fall.
Spots are limited — residents may qualify if they:
• Are 62 or older
• Are veterans
• Have a disability preventing them from cutting grass
• Have a household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guideline
