The U.S. Supreme Court’s Decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen established that the Second Amendment protects an individual’s right to carry a loaded handgun in public for self-defense. The 62nd Annual ACBA Bench-Bar Conference, open to members and adults-only, will be held June 18-20 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort.
