2026 Mental Health Month Action Guide | Mental Health America 05/14/2026

What does a “good day” look like to you?

For Mental Health Month 2026, the theme “More Good Days, Together” invites all of us to define that for ourselves — and help make it possible for others.

For some, a good day means feeling energized.
For others, it simply means getting through.

Wherever you are, your experience matters.

At Staunton Farm Foundation, we believe more good days start with:
âś” Access to quality mental health and substance use services
âś” Communities that support one another
âś” Open conversations that reduce stigma

💬 This month, we encourage you to take a moment to reflect — and to check in with someone in your life. Small actions can make a meaningful difference.

2026 Mental Health Month Action Guide | Mental Health America 05/07/2026

May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to reflect, connect, and take action.

This year’s theme, “More Good Days, Together,” reminds us that mental wellness isn’t just an individual journey — it’s something we build as communities.

A “good day” doesn’t have to mean perfect. It can be:
• Feeling supported
• Finding a moment of calm
• Reaching out for help
• Showing up for someone else

At Staunton Farm Foundation, we’re working to create more of those days by supporting organizations that expand access to care, reduce stigma, and strengthen behavioral health systems across our region.

đź’š This month, take one small step: check in with yourself, reach out to someone, or explore resources that support your mental health.

If you or someone you know needs support, call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline — available 24/7.
