Our MWDBE Program provides maximum opportunities for minority, women and disadvantaged business enterprises (MBEs, WBEs and DBEs) to participate in county contracts. We help disadvantaged business enterprises become certified, and provide services and resources to help them grow their businesses.

"Card Access Fueling Program" - Allegheny County is looking for someone to provide fueling cards access. (Spec #9475)

"Alumninum Traffic Sign Blanks" - Allegheny County is seeking qualified bidders to provide aluminum traffic sign blanks to the Department of Public Works. (Spec #9470)

"North Park Golf Course Clubhouse Roof Replacement" - General Construction: Provide labor, materials, and equipment required for the removal of approximately 9,100 square feet of built up roofing (B.U.R.) roof system, modified bitumen roof system, EPDM roof system and related materials across the identified roof areas and installation of new tapered insulation assemblies and a fully adhered EPDM roof system and related materials as defined by the Construction Documents. Painting: Provide labor, materials, and equipment required to properly prepare surfaces for painting. Paint all fascia, soffit, columns/pillars, frieze, and exterior exposed roof decking defined by the Construction Documents. (Spec #9473)

The Sports & Exhibition Authority has a new RFP for a Landscaping Maintenance contract for properties owned by the Sports & Exhibition Authority and Stadium Authority Parking Garage and Lots. The agreement for this work will be with the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County and Stadium Authority.

Non-Mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Thursday, February 26, at 11:00 am. Proposals due by Thursday, March 12, by 2:00 pm.

The Contract Compliance Specialist monitors contracts to ensure that MWDBEs (Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises) are provided with the maximum opportunity to obtain and perform on county contracts while in compliance with Allegheny County’s goals.

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 / year
