"North Park Golf Course Clubhouse Roof Replacement" - General Construction: Provide labor, materials, and equipment required for the removal of approximately 9,100 square feet of built up roofing (B.U.R.) roof system, modified bitumen roof system, EPDM roof system and related materials across the identified roof areas and installation of new tapered insulation assemblies and a fully adhered EPDM roof system and related materials as defined by the Construction Documents. Painting: Provide labor, materials, and equipment required to properly prepare surfaces for painting. The Sports & Exhibition Authority has a new RFP for a Landscaping Maintenance contract for properties owned by the Sports & Exhibition Authority and Stadium Authority Parking Garage and Lots. The agreement for this work will be with the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County and Stadium Authority.
