Today we submitted petitions for many of our continuing committee members then took in the voting archives display in the foyer.

Appreciate the time given to 9th ward last night by candidates Office of State Sen Wayne Fontana and his opponent Paul Steenkiste, Rep. Lindsay Powell, Nebraska Grayson - ED of Allegheny County Democratic Committee and State Committee Members candidates Jimmy Burn and Ron Panza.

So pleased two local electeds were able to make time at the end of a busy day to join us. Driving straight from Harrisburg Rep. Lindsay Powell joined County Councilmember Jordan Botta to hang with 9th Ward at PNA. Both committed to helping take shifts at the Polls on Tuesday - Rep. Powell as an early morning greeter at Teamsters and Jordan will join our tradition of delivering pizza to poll workers!!

Hey 9th Ward - come out and play!! Family Fun Fair today on 51st

Tomorrow, Rep. Lindsay Powell is hosting a Family Fair from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the intersection of 51st Street and Butler Street in Lawrenceville. I’ll be there and in the dunk tank at 3:30 p.m., so be sure to stop by!

One of the traditions 9th Dems keeps up is delivering pizzas to poll workers midday to our 4 neighborhood locations. Poll workers often bring snacks to share and we enjoy contributing to their fuel for the long days they pull!

It’s primary day. We have 4 locations for our part of the neighborhood and all should have these Awsm locally designed ’at stickers!!
