Observatory Hill Inc. (OHI) is a 501c3 non-profit organization that is focused on the North Side Pittsburgh neighborhood of Observatory Hill.

OHI is a community development organization run entirely by volunteers. We are home to the Allegheny Observatory in the city's beautiful Riverview Park. We hold our annual House Tour showcasing unique homes in our neighborhood. We foster good community relationships though spaghetti dinners, block-watches, and community clean-ups. The Board of Directors cordially invites all dues-paying members to attend the Annual Membership Meeting of Observatory Hill, Inc. The meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.

Members will vote to elect the Board of Directors, whose terms will expire for the next year, review annual goals, annual reports and whatever business may come before the body.

Members present must have been a member for thirty days or more prior to the Annual Membership Meeting to cast a vote.

A Zoom link will be emailed to all members who have previously provided their email address. If you are a dues-paying member and you do not receive the Zoom link prior to the meeting, please email [email protected].
