We join our Muslim friends and neighbors in mourning and in solidarity following the shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego.
We recognize the profound pain of religious intolerance and violence and stand firmly with you now and always.
Acts of hate-based violence can be especially painful or triggering for members of our Pittsburgh community. Counseling services are available to anyone who may need support.
Individuals between ages 12 and 22 can speak with a therapist through UpStreet via chat at upstreetpgh.org or drop in on weekdays from 12-5pm (12-4pm on Fridays) at 5844 Forward Ave.
Adults can connect with JFCS Counseling Services at 412-422-7200 or email [email protected]
