Pittsburgh Fire Fighters Local No. 1 extends our deepest condolences to Boston Firefighters Local 718 and the Boston Fire Department on the line-of-duty death of Brother Robert “Bobby” Kilduff Jr.
Brother Kilduff was a 24-year member of the Boston Fire Department, a Marine veteran, and a member of Rescue Company 2. He gave his life in service to others while operating at a three-alarm fire in Dorchester.
Our thoughts are with his family, his crew, Local 718, and every member mourning this loss.
Rest easy, Brother. We’ll take it from here.

As a longtime union leader, he has always fought for the voices of working men and women across Pennsylvania and voters responded loud and clear.
