We have an exciting meeting coming up this coming Tuesday, March 14th at 8 pm on Zoom. We will be hosting a panel discussion on the current LGBTQ+ Policy Landscape with speakers, Lynz Sickler (t.ly/XCaP) and Dr. Kacie Kidd (t.ly/NUQz).

This meeting will not be recorded. However, we are compiling a living document of resources on the topic: shorturl.at/kAFVW
If there's anything you want to see added to this list, just email or dm us! Please feel free to check out some of these resources ahead of the meeting for a primer on the topic. LGBTQ+ policies are changing at a rapid pace—there are new bills proposed and passed every day.

If you have any questions for the panelists ahead of the meeting, please fill out this form: shorturl.at/nW589. You can ask questions during the meeting too.

We cannot work towards equity without acknowledging and holding accountable the trauma and tragedy of European colonization. "Thanksgiving" is a false, White-washed narrative. Commit to decolonizing your knowledge and spaces by supporting Native sovereignty, listening to activists, and educating yourself. The resources mentioned in this post is only the beginning. Please continue to educate yourself and those around you.
