Yesterday’s April Regional Growth Series brought together regional leaders for an important conversation on Foreign Direct Investment and how global capital can help drive growth in the Pittsburgh region.

It was a strong discussion around the factors shaping investment decisions today and the reasons Pittsburgh continues to stand out as a competitive location for international business growth.

Thank you to the Allegheny Conference on Community Development for hosting the conversation, to the featured speakers and panelists, and to everyone who helped make the event possible.

Communities across the Pittsburgh region will soon have another opportunity to prepare sites for future business investment.

The Commonwealth’s Business in Our Sites (BOS) program will reopen for applications March 19 – June 30, helping communities develop shovel-ready sites that attract companies and create jobs.

Programs like BOS are key tools for ensuring our region is ready when businesses are looking to grow.
