Pittsburgh Public Schools, in partnership with the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, invites all preK–12 students to join the 2026 Citywide Summer Reading Program: Grow!

From June 1–August 9, students can read for joy, complete fun challenges, attend exciting events, earn incentives, and help prevent the “summer slide” while building imagination, curiosity, and confidence.

Yearbooks will arrive the last week of school! Ms. Kaulius did purchase a few extra, if you forgot to order one, please reach out to her to secure one!

Ms. Daize , Ms. Anders’s and Mrs. Pontillo’s kids got to go tour pnc park today!

Ms. Glover’s class got to visit the Pittsburgh Glass Center with Ms. Kaulius today! Students watched a blown glass demonstration, toured the different glass art studios, and created their own fused glass sun catchers. I can’t wait to pick them up and see how they turned out!

My heart is exploding with happiness seeing everyone filling the gym and celebrating the arts tonight. The students worked so hard all year creating, and seeing all of their artwork displayed together in one room was truly magical. Thank you to everyone who came out to support our young artists and make the evening so special!
