EMS Training Tuesday!
Today marks exactly one week until the recruits of Class 26-02 complete their Academy Training. Over the past two weeks, these Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians have received training in the Pittsburgh EMS Clinical Core Programs, alongside refreshers in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS.
In addition to their core medical training, the class completed the Bureau's Rescue Medicine, Hazardous Materials Medicine, Active Threat Response, Water Rescue and Marine Operations Awareness, and Emergency Vehicle Drivers Training programs.
