When food ends up in landfills, it releases methane, a greenhouse gas up to 80x more potent than CO₂ over a 20-year period.

We're still buzzing from "Fourth & Feast: From the Field to the Table" - a meal hosted at the Good Food Project on Sunday with food rescued during the week of the NFL Draft!
