Right now she’s got Rose Milkweed! It disappears quickly, so as soon as you see this, head over!
Miss Becky always gives us seedlings and cuttings for our Plant Swap as well. So mark your calendars for the week of June 15th -19th and stop in EVERY DAY because people bring in new things all week.

Meditation is as old as human thought. All major faith traditions have a meditation practice - Sufi mystics, Buddhists, ancient Christians. But meditation itself has no direct connection to religion. It's simply a practice to improve your life.
Mindfulness can build patience, resilience, and inner peace in a chaotic world. It brings us into the present moment in ways that can relieve anxiety and worries. Can you imagine, instead of wading upstream or getting rushed downstream, simply lying down and letting the water roll around and over you?
Melissa will teach you the essentials of starting a meditative practice in an approachable way, including environment, postures, breathing (there's more to it than you think!), and how to make meditating doable and sustainable.

Join Tam for a very gentle yoga flow under the full moon @ the Upper Maize ballfield. Participation is at YOUR level. Bringing a camp chair and just stretching your arms is perfectly ok.
This is an amazing experience in the quiet and light of the full moon.
