🇺🇲Honoring a Hero, Finally Home🇺🇲

On Sunday, October 12th, 2025, the remains of Technical Sergeant Paul F. Eshelman Jr., U.S. Army Air Forces, will finally be laid to rest with full military honors at Allegheny County Memorial Park in Pittsburgh, PA.

Tech Sergeant Eshleman was killed in action on August 1st, 1943 during Operation Tidal Wave, one of WWII's most dangerous bombing missions targeting oil refineries in Romania. He was just 21 years old when his B-24 Liberator, "Tagalong", was lost.

After decades listed as missing in action, his remains were finally accounted for on September 27th, 2023. Now, more than 80 years later, he will be buried with dignity, respect, and gratitude he always deserved.

📍Services will be held at the H.P Brandt Funeral Home in Perrysville, PA from 12-3 PM, followed by the burial. The U.S. Army Honor Guard will render the final honors.

If you are able, please show your support for our fallen brother by attending this service.

May his memory live on as a reminder of sacrifice and courage.
