Rob Ruck is an author, historian, and professor of the history of sport at the University of Pittsburgh. In courses, books, and documentaries, he's focused on how different groups of people use sport to tell a story about themselves. We recently worked with Rob to build a website showcasing his work, in particular his newest book, The Tropic of Football, which will be released in July. If you've ever admired Troy Polamalu flashing down the field and wondered about his background, you're going to want to read this book!

OTMA Annual Report 2011/2012

Oakland Transportation Management Association serves the Oakland community through advocacy and provision of information to encourage good transportation choices by commuters, residents and visitors alike with the goal of increasing the use of modes other than the automobile, reducing congestion and improving the quality of the street environment life in Oakland. Through interviews with four community partners, the 2011/2012 Annual Report highlights OTMA’s work in various focus areas.

Muffinman Studios provided the writing, design, and photography for this annual report.
