Healing Ajax, RHD's innovative brothers-in-arms approach to helping Iraq, Afghanistan and other war veterans reintegrate into society, is offering support services to Veterans in the Pittsburgh area. Healing Ajax, named for the mythic Greek warrior who distinguished himself in battle but committed su***de upon his return home, aims to help combat veterans with emotional and mental trauma ranging from post-traumatic stress disorder to nagging nightmares. Healing Ajax's unique approach offers peer support groups led by respected veterans trained by clinicians. There is no cost to veterans, and the groups are confidential and anonymous.
