MSAD #53 MCI Music Boosters

10/18/2026

Dear Band and Chorus parents,
We have a steady stream of donations coming in on Genius sign up for KV Auditions on Wednesday. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
If you haven't signed in yet because your little cherub did not bring home the form I'm attaching the link to this post. Please do so as soon as possible as we have to do the Sam's Club run on Tuesday.
And while we have donations coming in we don't have a lot of volunteers to work concessions. Even if you have an hour it would be greatly appreciated!

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!

Hello friends! Warsaw will once again be hosting the KVMEA Auditions on October 21, 2026. Approximately 400 musicians and their teachers will be coming to our school for auditions and they come hungry! Your musician will be bringing home sign up forms for concessions donation this week. In the meantime we need to have a short meeting to make sure that this day goes smoothly. If we could please, meet in the Warsaw Music this Wednesday, October 7 at 6:30. Also looking for a booster who knows how to set up Genius!!

Lastly, the new band/chorus schedule with four jury days have made things a bit chaotic but our musicians are off to a great start!

Hope to see many of you on Wednesday! Thanks for all of your support.

I forgot to thank all of the Fina Arts Fiesta chaperones!! It could not have happened without: Carrie Dionne, Tiffany Raymond, Molly Sharples, Maeve Thompson, and Marta Weinstein. It was a great party but I think we all need to work on the talent part of the 'No Talent Show". Have a great summer friends!
