HI All....effective May 15th we will be changing management company's. The cost to the association using Luxe was to great. WE are going to try something new. will will be using Juda &Eskew as our accounting firm for maintanace and auto debit payments, to pay our vendors, and for all our financial needs. Our bank assured us that they will have us up and running fully in 6 weeks. WE are also going to use Your property management services for the property management side. Both of these company's are local, and Diana our new property manager advised she is hands on. Both company's will be sending a welcome letter and it will also be posted in our bulletin boards above the mailboxes which will contain full contact information. PLease bare with us during this change as we hope this is the best decision going forward.
