However, please remember that 911 is for real emergencies only. Don’t call just so these guys will show up at your home.

May it be filled with great food, lots of fun, great football games, and creating wonderful memories together with family & friends (even the ones you don’t really care for - we get it, but please be nice).

And most of all, please keep an eye on the kids & the oven. So everyone stays safe, & your turkey doesn’t burn or catch fire! Have a wonderful day. Stay well.

Great job! Congrats on the win! Station 4 has a player on the team. So we are proud of everyone! Keep it going!!

Fire Ballers 🔥 67-60 Victory! The Plantation Fire Dept is playing in the Central Park Adult Basketball League run by City of Plantation Parks and Recreation. Last night we won in a hard fought game against a very good team.

The Fire Ballers got out to an early lead. Only to see it evaporate by halftime after our opponents went on a 12-2 scoring run.

We were on our heels but didn’t quit. Our Fire Chief, Don Todd, said, “Our team really showed what they were made of tonight. Because when the game tightened to only 1 point late in the 1st half. It could have easily allowed the other team to use that momentum and take control of the game. But that didn’t happen and we went back to our game plan. The team played really great tonight. And showed a lot of heart!”

It was a complete team effort with amazing performances! Station 5 Firefighter Rico Cunningham played incredible. Lorel Beckford was amazing and hit 4 big shots when we really needed them. And the Plantation Fire Chaplin Barnabus Johnson played great and got 2 monster blocks when the game was tight. And he helped to break the momentum of our opponents.

Special thank you to our team managers Dani & Mia Bernard. Thank you for the cooler full of refreshments for the team. And thank you to all of our fans who came out to support us.

One of our players’ daughter was seriously injured yesterday so he wasn’t able to make it to the game. Our thoughts are with our brother, Station 5 Crew Chief Kevin Kasten, and his family. We hope his little girl makes a full recovery ❤️‍🩹. And we hope to see “Set Shot Kevin” back on the court dropping 3’s for us!

We have a bye next week. So we’ll be back in action in 2 weeks 8/9 at 9:15 pm.
