Clinton County is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join the Clinton County Highway Department as a Motor Equipment Operator I.

This position performs a variety of highway maintenance, equipment operation, snow removal, and laboring duties. The successful candidate will operate and maintain a variety of construction and maintenance equipment and assist with the safe and efficient maintenance of County roads and facilities.

Clinton County will help pay for CDL training/classroom instruction, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in developing their skills and building a career in highway operations.

The Clinton County Sheriff's Department is seeking a Jail Staff Nurse to provide professional nursing care to individuals housed at the Clinton County Jail.

The Jail Staff Nurse will provide medical assessments and nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor inmates' health conditions, maintain medical records, respond to medical emergencies, coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers, and perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess the required New York State nursing licensure and meet the minimum qualifications established for the position. Jail, correctional, emergency, or other healthcare experience is desirable.
