Mayor Sabosik says it all the time, and last night proved it once again!

What an AMAZING night at our Annual Fall Fest! 🍁

What started as a special celebration for our Borough’s Centennial six years ago has grown into one of Point Boro’s favorite annual traditions! And last night, our community came together for another unforgettable evening of family, friends, food and fun!

👏 Mayor Sabosik, along with Councilmembers Veni, Coulson, DePaola, Archer and Stevenson, were thrilled to join so many residents for this incredible night!

A HUGE thank you to our Chamber of Commerce, Recreation Department, Public Works Department, Police Department, OEM and dedicated volunteers who helped make it all happen!

On the 25th Anniversary of this tragic day, now more than ever, we must never forget. Let us always remember those that we lost from that day and let us always remember to stay vigilant to all threats to our great country.

This monument is located next to the bandshell at Community Park. The cross itself was cut out of a main support beam from the South Tower of the World Trade Center.

Mayor Sabosik & the Borough Council are excited to invite everyone out for a FREE, fun-filled family night at Maxson Avenue Beach!

🇺🇸 A little history will be joining us, too! The Ocean County Historical Trailer will be on site featuring artwork, maps, and exhibits highlighting the American Revolution and its history right here in what is now Ocean County.

Bring the family, meet up with friends, enjoy the beach, and take in a little local history along the way!

🌟 FUTURE LEADERS MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN POINT BORO! 🌟

What makes Point Boro such a special community? Young people like Madison, Maggie and Olivia, who are already stepping up and making a difference! 👏

Mayor Sabosik and Councilwoman Coulson recently joined our local Girl Scouts at Riverfront Park to unveil an exciting new addition — a Gaga Ball Pit designed and constructed by Madison, Maggie and Olivia as their community service project for the Girl Scout Silver Award! 🏅

Never played Gaga Ball? It’s a fast-paced, fun and gentler variation of dodgeball played inside a waist-high enclosed arena. Players use their hands to hit a soft ball toward one another below the knees, with the last player remaining crowned the winner!

This new addition will give kids another fun way to get outside, stay active and enjoy Riverfront Park for years to come.

Most importantly, it’s a great example of what can happen when young people take an idea, work together and turn it into something that benefits their entire community.

Another great night in The Boro! 🚓🚒🇺🇸

Mayor Sabosik and Councilmembers Coulson, DePaola, Stevenson, Furmato and Archer were proud to join our local law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, community watch and residents for Point Boro’s annual National Night Out.

National Night Out is a nationwide initiative that brings communities together with their first responders to strengthen relationships, promote public safety, and celebrate the partnerships that help keep our neighborhoods safe.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteered, participated, and helped make this year’s event such a tremendous success. Point Boro is a stronger community because of your dedication and support!
