Every year, every single child in the Polson School District needs their forms reviewed and submitted. Yes, even if you think a form doesn't apply to your household! There is an option on the form to signal exactly that.

• Log In: Jump onto your PowerSchool Parent Portal.
• Review All Forms: Check them out for each child in your house.
• Don't Skip: If a form isn’t relevant, just select the "not applicable" option and hit submit.
• Do It Yearly: Rinse and repeat every school year!
