Pomfret DPW, Connecticut Department of Transportation, and Eversource CT are working to reopen roads around town and restore power. They are doing their best. The Pomfret Fire Department and Connecticut State Police respond and follow "Make Safe" protocols until repairs can be made and restoration crews can respond. If you see cones up, please don't drive around them. They are flagging a hazard. Thank you!

If you see power lines or branches on the road, please call 911 and report the location of the Tree/Wires Down. You can report power outages directly to Eversource CT.
