👉🏻 Staying healthy within quarantine can be a little difficult. With all the sitting down and fast food delivery available to us, we can tend to leave nutrition in the past.
👉🏻 Remember that we want to try to keep our sodium consumption low, which mean keeping an eye out for how much fast food and takeout we buy, as well as frozen meals.
🧂 The sodium consumption for the average American is higher than what they actually need. High consumption of sodium can lead to obesity, circulation problems, heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Keep an eye for that sodium intake by practicing meals at home. Especially during quarantine.
👉🏻 Try this tasty one mug omelette recipe. Not a fan of the “one mug” practice? That’s okay! Make the omelette on a stove top pan and add your favorite veggies and protein.
