The Borough of Pompton Lakes is aware that the metal art at the Borough’s Recycling Center has been removed. Please note that this is due to upcoming additional renovations and improvements to the facility. Upon completion of these upgrades, the artwork will be reinstalled in a suitable manner for residents to enjoy.

The Borough would also like to thank the employee whose hard work, creativity, and initiative contributed to beautifying the Recycling Center. We appreciate the effort put into enhancing the facility and remain committed to making continued improvements for our residents.

Two of many reasons we do this.
🏃‍♂️ ❤️🇺🇸

🇺🇸 We are just one week away from beginning our 2026 Journey! 🇺🇸

There’s nothing quite like receiving an email update that reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

We recently heard from Ret. Det. Dan Romano of the NYPD Intelligence Division, the incredibly proud father of two of our scholarship recipients:

“Julian is an O3, a cyber officer, whilst Jordan is an Ensign in the Nuclear Submarine community.”

Two young men serving our nation. Two remarkable Naval officers. And two proud recipients of the 9/11 Promise Scholarship.

Their journey is a powerful reminder of the lasting impact of investing in the lives and futures of our nation’s young people.

Proud dad. Proud officers. Proud scholarship recipients. And a legacy worth celebrating.
