Bridgeway, Inc., is currently hiring for 1st shift (5am-1pm) Dorm Staff/Driver/Security positions for our Halfway House/Work Release center. This job works directly with 100+ male inmates who reside here for the last months of their incarcerations. Our facility is contracted with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections providing the lowest level of security for incarcerated individuals. Full-time positions are eligible for a full benefit package after 90 days. Pay rate starting at $12 an hour with some shift differential pay with 90 day review.
Job duties include
· driving company vans both locally and out of town to take clients to work, medical appointments, etc.
· supervising clients at the facility
· collecting UAs (on both male inmates and male outpatient clients)
· performing head count procedures
· a wide variety of other security related duties as well as some general office/computer functions
Must be 21 years old, have a safe driving record and no recent felonies (that is a Department of Corrections contract requirement). Prefer law enforcement, security, or similar experience, but not required; we will train. Must be mature, responsible and reliable.

We offer a full benefit package after 90 days for full-time positions, including health, dental, vision and life insurance; paid vacation and sick leave, as well as one paid personal day and paid birthday each year. The company pays 80% of medical insurance premiums and matches up to 3% contributions for IRAs. Meals from our kitchen are provided during working hours.
