Sleep is very important for all of us. Please join us in our sleep challenge .

DMH is challenging YOU 🫵 to take the Sleep Challenge! Why? Because sleep is the foundation of health. Lack of sleep can have a negative impact on our health and work, and unfortunately, most working adults in the US do not get the recommended 8 hours of sleep a day. Here's the stats:

😴 1 in 3 adult workers has fallen asleep or been sleepy while at work.

💤1 in 10 workers arrive late to work due to poor sleep problems the prior day.

The personal cost of poor sleep may include risk for:

Car crashes
Alzheimer’s
Heart disease
Chronic pain
Diabetes
Some cancers
