Over the years, the people have changed, but our mission remains the same--"Service Above Self."

Professional membership organization dedicated to service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders. The Rotary Club of Port Allen was chartered on August 14, 1959 by a group of businessmen who felt a need to work toward the improvement of the livelihood of the community.

Thank you, Dr. Stuart Stewart! 🌎

Our Rotary Club of Port Allen enjoyed hearing from Dr. Stewart, Local Coordinator for CIEE, about how local schools and host families welcome international exchange students to our community for a semester or a full academic year. Thank you for sharing this wonderful program with us and for helping build bridges across the world, one student at a time!

💙 THANK YOU, MADDIE'S FOOTPRINTS! 💙

The Rotary Club of Port Allen was honored to welcome Mandy Cushing, executive director of Maddie's Footprints - Greater Baton Rouge, as our guest speaker yesterday.

Mandy shared about the important work Maddie's Footprints does to support families experiencing newborn and infant loss right here in our community. Her compassion and dedication to walking alongside families in their most difficult moments left a lasting impression on our club.

We are grateful to Mandy for taking the time to speak with us and for the care she and her team give to so many families. Learning about the services available in our own backyard is a powerful reminder of why Service Above Self matters.💙💛
