🎃 Book Character Pumpkins at Kingsway! 📚

All Kingsway students and families are invited to participate in an optional project to celebrate books and literacy!

What: Decorate a small-to-medium pumpkin (real, plastic, or paper) as a character from your favorite book. Use paint, felt, fabric, glitter, pipe cleaners, or paper to bring your character to life. Contact your child's teacher if you would like a paper pumpkin sent home.

When: Bring your decorated pumpkin to your classroom on or before October 30th.

Display: Pumpkins will be displayed outside classroom doors for hallway strolls so students can admire everyone's creativity. Pick-up: Students must be able to carry their pumpkins home on the afternoon of October 30th. Thank you for helping your child celebrate reading! We can't wait to see our hallways filled with your favorite book characters!
