Gratiot Park is waiting for you to play! Enjoy the outdoors before the cooler weather hits. The forecast this week is sunny with temperatures in the 60s. 😎

This playable park is an inclusive space for children and adults of all abilities to have fun together. The park features a ground-level We-Go-Round to easily walk or roll onto, roller slide, wheel chair swing, accessible parking spaces, flat Pour'n'Play surface, pavilion and a Lappset Yalp Inc. Sona Arch.

The arch provides a barrier-free entrance to interactive play utilizing motion-sensing technology. Before playing, players listen to simple instructions explaining how to play the game, such as “Stand still when the music stops!” or “Jump on the number that rhymes with door.” A simple button press initiates the play.

Gratiot Park is located at 2538 Gratiot Ave. in Port Huron.

For more information about Gratiot Park or other City of Port Huron parks, please call the Port Huron Parks Department at 810.984.9709.
