🏗️ Leadership 2026 | Day 5: Economic Development Day

What drives economic growth in our community? Our Leadership 2026 class got an inside look during Economic Development Day!

The day kicked off at Riverside Pavilion with presentations from our area's three Advertising Authorities, followed by an exciting look at the proposed Aston Martin Residences project in Daytona Beach Shores from Valor Real Estate Development.

Participants also heard from Team Volusia and Volusia County Economic Development, gaining valuable insight into business growth, investment, and the opportunities shaping our region's future.

Next stop — Tiki Docks! Our class enjoyed a lively panel discussion with local developers and business owners, hearing firsthand about the challenges, successes, and opportunities of doing business in our community.

The day wrapped up with Jaebriel Budd sharing insights into the Halifax River Market and Sunday Market at Riverwalk.
