Our talented Warrior Orchestra students gave us something to celebrate this past Saturday at the District Solo & Ensemble Contest! 🌟👏

Of the 50 White Oak Middle School students who performed, an incredible 42 earned SUPERIOR ratings! 🏆🎉 These outstanding musicians were awarded medallions to proudly wear in recognition of their achievements!

We are incredibly proud of ALL 50 Warriors who demonstrated courage, dedication, and musical talent! A HUGE shoutout to our amazing orchestra director, Mrs. Kalisek, for her dedication, passion, and commitment to helping our students grow as musicians and achieve excellence! 🎻❤️ We appreciate all that you do for our Warriors! 👏

Our White Oak Warriors showed up in YELLOW on Monday to recognize Spina Bifida Awareness Month! 🌟

More than just a spirit day, it was an opportunity to raise awareness, celebrate differences, and remind one another that EVERY Warrior matters, EVERY Warrior belongs, and EVERY Warrior deserves to shine! 💛

We loved seeing our students and staff come together to show support and put our RISE core values—Respect, Integrity, Safety, and Empathy—into action! 👏

📢 GT Referral Window Update
Our GT Referral Window, which allows parents and staff to refer students for Gifted and Talented (GT) evaluation, will be opening later in October as we work to update and digitize our referral forms. This process is taking a little longer than expected.
📌 Parents: You will be notified when the referral link is live and available for submissions.
Any updates to the referral timeline will be communicated through social media and ParentSquare.

We are so proud of our **IXL SUPERSTARS** who were recently recognized by our amazing Student Success Coach, Ms. Vittetoe, for their dedication, growth, and achievements in building their academic skills through IXL! 📚📈🌟

These hardworking Warriors earned special certificates AND some pretty AWESOME rewards! 🎟️🎉 Thanks to the generosity of Lumos in Valley Ranch, our students received vouchers for arcade games, laser tag, appetizers, and delicious food! 🎮🍕
