You've scheduled your notary appointment - now what? A little preparation can make the appointment go a whole lot smoother.

Before your notary arrives, take a few minutes to make sure you have the important pieces ready:

✅A valid ID
✅Complete documents
✅All required signers
✅Witnesses (if required)
✅Any instructions provided by the document preparer

If you're not sure what you need to have ready, ask your notary before the appointment. It's so much easier to answer a question ahead of time than discover something is missing when everyone is sitting at the table.

A mobile notary doesn't have an office you have to drive to. I bring the notary appointment to you. 🚗

Home? Absolutely. 🏠
Hospital? Yes. 🏥
Your office? Of course. 🏢
Coffee shop? I'll meet you there. ☕
Hotel? You bet. 🏨
And occasionally...somewhere a little more unexpected. 🐄

The whole point of a mobile notary is convenience. If getting to a notary is the inconvenient part, that's where I come in.

Happy National Coffee Day! How beautiful that this is in the Fall season. Nothing better than cozying up on a crisp Fall morning with a cup of warm coffee, it does something to my soul.
