Yesterday, Relay Resources CEO Dr. Jennifer Camota Luebke joined fellow disability leaders at the Harkin Summit for a conversation on Disabled Leadership in Nonprofit and Philanthropy.

Together with leaders from Access Living, Disability Rights Fund, and the Ford Foundation, Dr. J explored the importance of disabled leadership in the very organizations working to advance disability rights and inclusion.

We're proud to be part of conversations that challenge who holds power, whose perspectives shape decisions, and what it takes to build a future where all disabled people belong. Everywhere.

Before the pandemic, remote work and flexible schedules were often considered too difficult or impractical. Yet when COVID-19 changed how we worked, many of those same accommodations became standard almost overnight.

Disabled people had been advocating for these changes for years. This National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), we're reflecting on what that shift taught us about workplace accessibility and why employers shouldn't wait for a crisis to center inclusive design.

Read our latest blog at the link in the comments to explore what the shift to remote work can teach us about the future of disability inclusion.

We’re still feeling the energy from DisabilityNext™ Summit this week. 💚

The energy and sense of inclusion in the room were palpable, and this day 2 recap reel captures just a glimpse of it. Over two days, leaders, innovators, advocates, and changemakers came together to learn, share, connect, and explore what’s next for disability inclusion in the workplace.

People left with new connections, practical strategies, and actionable takeaways to bring back to their workplaces and put into practice. That’s what DisabilityNext™ is about: sharing innovative ideas, learning from one another, and turning conversations into action that advances disability inclusion in the workplace.

Thank you to every speaker, attendee, sponsor, and partner who made these two days possible. The Summit may be over, but the work continues!

Thank you to every speaker, attendee, sponsor, and partner who brought their experiences, ideas, and energy to DisabilityNext™ today. A special thank you to our Diamond Sponsor, Salesforce, and Silver Sponsor, Waymo, for supporting DisabilityNext™ and making this possible.

We’re excited to keep the conversations and connections going tomorrow. See you for Day 2!
