Lower-income Multnomah County residents are invited to join our partners at Metropolitan Public Defender (Mpd Law), Cascadia Health, Legally Bound, and the Eliot Neighborhood Association for a free expungement and barrier reduction legal clinic. Get help with criminal record expungement, eviction expungement, waiving fines and fees, reducing felonies to misdemeanors, and more.
