During our Annual Training the Oregon Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention Team got the opportunity to recognize and celebrate some of our top performing individuals for FY26 with both Quarter and Annual Awards!

For Quarter 1, we recognize SSgt Kaylee Martin and TSgt Marc Hawthorne. Congratulations to you both for an outstanding start to the year and your commitment to mission success!

For Quarter 2, we recognize TSgt Dakota Darling(TSgt Hawthorne is collecting the award on her behalf) and SSgt Kaylee Martin. Your continued performance and dedication directly contributed to our team’s success!

For Quarter 3, we recognize TSgt Holly Tait and TSgt John Elder. Thank you both for your exceptional production and professionalism, setting the example for the team!
