Our monthly Community Care Day/yard clean up was this past Saturday. There was also a trellis built in the garden by a few talented people.

Thank you to everyone who came to help (a few people left before this picture was taken)!!!

Our next clean up day is on October 24th. But anyone is welcome to pull weeds and pick up trash at any time. It’s a never ending task and feels so good to see the playground and neighborhood around Vestal looking beautiful. If you want to know about all the events happening at our school, check out our website Vestalpta.com/calendar.

This morning we had the superintendent visit Vestal to talk about “rightsizing.” The kids did a little presentation led by two 5th graders Frank and Jules. So proud 🥹 of all these kids!!

We had a great turnout from parents and staff. Thank you for taking the time to show support and especially the parents who gave heartwarming statements about what Vestal means to our community.
